Some viewed it as the greatest comeback in baseball history, others called it the worst collapse. For fifty years, Brooklyn Dodger fans have been haunted by this game. For New York Giant fans, it was simply the greatest moment. For generations of baseball fans "The Shot Heard 'round the World" signified perhaps the greatest moment in the National Pastime.
