Over the years the Brooklyn Dodger franchise have rolled out many different uniform designs which featured many unique variations of the Brooklyn "B" on their uniforms and caps. Many of the early 20th century logos were never promoted by the team but rather they appeared on team uniforms, both jersey and caps. The trademark "B" insignia would make its last appearance on the jersey in 1937, the team would officially recognized the nickname of the "Dodgers" and the rest as they would say is history. However the "B" insignia would not be abandon completely instead it would become one of baseball's most recognizable symbols on the caps of many Brooklyn Dodgers and their fans. The "B" insignia on the cap would come to an end with the Dodgers moving west after the 1957 season. The "Dodgers" insignia would remain a stable of the teams uniform and logo still today in Los Angeles.
